Tutorial doesn't make sense

I tried playing a tutorial, for Tzolk'in. It says you have to play the moves "indicated by the tutorial". The only problem is, there is no move "indicated" by the tutorial. At least I don't see it? There is no highlighted option, which would be an indicator.

In the screenshot below I picked the first card (red), but when I try to pick the second card, the error message comes up. Apparently you must select the third card. But I only found that out by chance. Where is it "indicated" that you are supposed to click the third card?

Are you supposed to just guess which move you are supposed to do, by brute force clicking until you happen to click the right one?

Or where is the alleged "indicated" option?

This is a game replay, not a tutorial. The message is indeed misleading since it's not a tutorial; for a replay it should be something along the lines of "this is a replay, you cannot time travel" :)

If you want to know more on where we are about tutorials, you can take a look at this post: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=14280

If it's only a replay then why are you able to click a card (selecting it indicating it's red)? Replay should not be interactive in that way at all.

You linked to a post which is about how to create a tutorial? And at the moment there exists only tutorials for 2 games?

Well, I can see your point, but I was replying about what is. What should be is something else, and a pretty big subject. As resources are limited, it's also very much a matter of priorities :) It's always possible to create suggestions in our report system and have people vote for them to help us figure out what is the most important for the community.

I linked to a post from December explaining in detail the status of the beta functionality about tutorials. Since then, the focus of our (very small) team has been on other topics, so this post is still relevant. Yes, tutorials on BGA is currently a beta function with 2 examples to gather feedback.

Okay, let me be then be the first to tell you that it is not working. Because I have never been asked to vote on this website, and I have not even heard of a report system. And you can assume that is the case for 99% of casual users, who are just here to play games, and will obviously not search through every nook and cranny of the site to find some report system that they were never told existed in the first place.
