Funny that it comes out after so long, but I found a mistake in the game Italian translation.
While the "Hospice" has been translated in "Ospizio", it should be "Pensione" instead - as any Italian fan of the game can confirm.
"Ospizio" is a home for the elders, not very useful for giving shelter to your colonists...

In effetti fa ridere. Purtroppo le traduzioni italiane sono funestate di errori (anche gravi!), ma bisogna essere iscritti da 3 mesi per apportare modifiche. In caso contrario avrei già sistemato diverse magagne!

If you look at the translation history, it had been going back-and-forth between the two.

I have changed it to "Pensione" as per the inquiry, but I have then noticed that the "Guesthouse" tile was already translated as "Pensione" as well. So in order to avoid confusion, I changed all these to "alberghetto". If "ostello" would be a better fit or yet another word, please change this accordingly or let me know.
