looking at premium membership to continue with my game group....if one person has premium membership other people can use the same IP address. but if another couple wants to play over their IP address does one of them also need a premium membership?

When a Premium player is at a table, all the "same location" restriction disappear.

So only 1 Premium account is needed in this configuration, if everyone is playing at the same table.
