Appeal Issue

Good morning
I write because maybe I am having difficulties with the appeal instrument due to a sanction.
I won't go on the merit because this is not the place and I know it, I wanted simply to ask how the appeal works since I followed the instructions and sent an email but after almost a week I didnt receive answers.
The sanction ended and I'm not "warned" anymore but I'm still curious about it.
