Configuring New Table (Premium Member)

As a Premium Member, it states that we don't have to wait for a game to start. Attempted to start a 7 Wonders game with a few others in my group on Saturday, however, it said "Configuring New Table" and was stuck there for more than several minutes. There was a waiting time posted. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
