I would like have a tournament with a number of co-workers. I don't know all their usernames, not all of them are in my friends list.
I have create a tournament by invitation only , but that means that I have to add them by hand, one by one.

If I change registration to: Everyone. The tournament becomes public and anyone can register.

Is there an in between mode: everyone can register, as long as they can find the tournament? (e.g. the link to the tournament is private)

I have the same question. Someone please help.

Did anyone figure this out? I'm looking at creating an office tournament as well.

The only currently available option is to select 'People I invite' rather than 'Everyone', and invite people one at a time. This is easier to do when people are in your friends list otherwise you have to type in the full username.

Hi,

the "private tournament" mode has been reworked.

Now when a tournament is set as "private" :

• you can invite players (by username), as usual
• you can give a "tournament link", which automatically invite players without knowing their username
• you can open the tournament to a specific group, or to your friends, who will then be able to register as if they were invited.
