Since January, you have voted in favor of the new competitive mode of BGA: the Arena.

Season zero is almost coming to an end: it will end on April 15 at noon (UTC time). You therefore have 2 short weeks to improve your ranking and claim the end-of-season trophies!

Some details on the end of the season:

The Arena will be closed from April 15 at 12:00 UTC, for a period of up to 24 hours. This will allow the last parts to end, and it is necessary for us to validate the results.

Note: the turn-based games that are not finished at this precise moment may continue, but will no longer count for Arena mode.

We are finalizing the way in which season 1 will unfold. All we can tell you is that there will be no major changes. Note that some games will see their configuration changed. At the start of the season, you will be relegated to a lower league as expected: it's up to you to reclaim your rank by playing!

And who knows: there may be a few more surprises when Season 1 kicks off!

Small complement: this end of season and the beginning of the following one obviously falls at a particular moment, since as you know we had to multiply the capacity of the service by 5 to keep everybody being able to play. This required a lot of emergency work, which caused a lot of instability in the past 2 weeks, and some days it was not very pleasant to use this service.

We would like to apologize to all the players for this somewhat rowdy period which we hope is behind us (at least for the bigger one). In addition, if you have been affected as a Premium player, we will soon contact you directly about this.

It's almost always impossible to play some games in the Arena right now, it doesn't make sense to determine rankings until the system is stable

You're doing a great job coping with the extra load, and it's a really valuable service to help people connect in difficult times. We'll live with the instability - it can be quite frustrating, but we understand why it's happening!

It's good to see that you're continuing to pay attention to "business as usual" in this way, even though the situation is anything but "usual"!

In terms of the trophies that are awarded at the end of the season, are these just for the top players in each game, or is there something for the top 3/ 10/ 20 players to recognise their achievements too?
