However, we are aware that this exceptional situation has affected some of our players.

Also, we have decided to set up some details to make up for the recent inconvenience.

- For users with FREE accounts : the return of penalty points that have been unfairly counted, such as karma, for the parties that took place between March 12 and April 2.

- For users with PREMIUM account:
In addition to the return of the unfairly lost karma points, the possibility to enjoy an additional 2 weeks of Premium free, under the following conditions:
- Have subscribe to the Premium formula paid before April 2 noon.
- Click on the link button before April 9
- you must have played on BGA at least once between March 12th and April 2th.
