Where are the end bonus cards?

I keep losing games of Russian Railroads because apparently there are End Bonus Cards that I never see. Where are they located?
The usual way of getting an end bonus card is to qualify for an advantage token and then to choose the token that allows you to pick one of the 5 advantage cards. In addition to the advantage card you also get to pick an end bonus card.
There is also a factory whose activation allows you to pick an end bonus card, but that factory is on the back of the number 9 locomotive so will only be available near the end of the game (if at all).
Interestingly, the end bonus cards are the only bit of hidden information in the game so the one you pick is not revealed to the other players until the final scoring.
