If i'm Premium can 2 other players play from their same location?

Hi, i was thinking if me being a Premium player could allow 2 other players to play from the same location, different from mine.
Or does it only allow other people to play from my location?

Yes to the first question. Only a premium member needs to be at the table to allow multiple players from any IP to join.
