What expansions are available?

I have no doubt that this has already been answered, but I can't find it. So... I'm new to BGA and am not a premium member, yet. What expansions are available? Can I select a particular person to play with? I know one of you knows the answer to these basic questions.

Expansions currently available: The River, Inns & Cathedrals, Traders & Builders.
You can choose who you want to play with by inviting your friends (or having them invite you), or setting restrictions on games that you host; for this and all games on BGA. To host a Carcassonne Table you must be a premium member.
