Discord vs General Messages

Does this site have a discord channel or some other means of communication?
It is annoying that after playing my first 10 games and getting my reputation / karma up I STILL have to wait 240 hours before I can post in general messages. All I want to do is propose a table for some of the less popular games to see if anyone online wants to play.
