First attempt at a wiki page

Hi!
I tried a first attempt to provide some basic information on the gameplay in the wiki. It lacks *a lot* of stuff, but at least should be helpful for playing here in BGA, because many actions are performed automatically so it's probably not that important to describe them in depth.
People might feel differently, of course... which is why a Wiki is an excellent collaboration tool in these cases
Any comment/feedback is well accepted, even more so if you decide to put corrections directly in the Wiki.
