If I have premium I know I can have other players play from my IP address. But can I also have multiple players in the game coming in on the same IP address as each other (but different than mine)?

Like this:

John (Premium) and Sally playing from IP address A
Tom and Sue both playing from IP address B

yes.

if anyone at the table has premium the same IP rules are gone for the entire table.
