How does the validating process works?

How does the "validating" process of translations work? Can anyone validate a translation? And finally can I filter for strings that haven't been validated?

Yeah, I'm also wondering that.

Normally strings are automatically validated after 30 days have passed from the last edit.
But from what I can see they can also be quickly validated in some cases (some of mine were), I'm guessing that happens when you click "Confirm" on Google Translate automatically translated strings without changing them (but don't always click confirm without reading, because Google Translate often gets it partly wrong).
P.S.
You CAN filter for UNTRANSLATED strings, or your own translated strings, by using the selection box right which appears above the string list...

Google translate is the worst tool to use for validating translations. In my language, using google to proofread a translation means introducing errors in it.
I just found a validated string in which there is a huge mistake, exactly one of those google translate tells you are correct, and this is why I ended up here. Looking for an explanation for an embarrassing translation being validated.
So, how do I report translation errors?
Thanks.

Translations are done by volunteers. The developer can’t help, so please do not report them as bugs.
You can fix translations yourself at
https://boardgamearena.com/translationhq or try to find someone to fix it in the language specific translation forums at
