In these hours I happened to win 3 arena games and not receive points/balls in prize, does anyone know why
It looks like you are in the Platinum league, while your opponents are in the Bronze league. Just like you don't gain many ELO for beating weaker opponents, I'm guessing you can't gain Arena points for those much lower than you.
This is assuming you are talking about your recent Hearts games.
