2 players without expert mode

I love RFTG, it's my favorite game, but I prefer to play it without the expert variante because that's less interractive with the hidden action mode.
Would it be possible to make the normal mode available with two players ? (1 action/turn only)

+1, much more in the spirit of this game: "There will be few actions this turn, so I must guess which one my opponent will choose."

Adding in an option to turn on and off advanced 2 player mode is likely not going to happen in the near future. See here:
