how can I change email address?

I signed up a long time ago using a myway email account, which is no longer in operation.
How can I change the email account on my account? I can't find any way to do it.

Click on your Avatar.
Go to Preferences.
Click on Email
Change Email

I'm moving out of google sign in and don't have a BGA password--is there a way for me to change my email? It asks me for a password, which I don't have.
