Kingdomino: New Free Expansion

In case you didn't aware, the publisher of Kingdomino recently released a free print-to-play expansion, Kingdomino: The Court.
Is there any licensing problem for this (as I see that other expansions of Kingdomino isn't implemented here)? If not, then is there any plan for regular developers here to develop this?
