I have been reading the forums here and there since joining but this is my first post, so pardon me if I mess something up. I did try a bunch of searches and reading yet found no answer (also most searches for 'solo' brought up results about a game called "Solo" anyway, and I couldn't figure out how to search for the phrase 'single player' instead of each word separately because quotes didn't work), so here I am. Hello!

I know that, in general, quitting a game in progress has a negative effect on one's karma score. I was looking at solo games and it made me wonder...

1) Is there a negative karma effect for quitting when it's a solo game?
I know there is the function to 'propose to collectively abandon a game', so if that is even available in a solo game I'm guessing it would be the safe way to do it, but I still am curious if just quitting would have any ill effect. And of course I don't want to experiment to find out.

2) On a related thought: Do you get a +1 karma for completing a game if it's solo?
I'm currently at 100%, so even if I experimented with that I don't think I would see it. Or maybe the karma system is deactivated for solo games entirely?

Of course, if either has been answered somewhere and I missed it, please direct me to the info.

P.S. I guess I have other questions sprinkled in this post, so if anyone knows those please feel free. Especially: how to search the forum using phrases?

I have since learned that you cannot use the 'propose to abandon the game collectively'* function in solo games, but you can concede. Still not sure about quitting though.

*side note: this would be better phrased as 'propose to collectively abandon the game', IMHO.

I always use quit in the solo mode, there is no impact on my karma.
