TTA : New Story - Visible Cards

Hi there,
I used to play TTA : New Story in other platforms (iPhone app, board gaming-oline) and also I read that in the rules : all civil cards are always visible to all players.
I cannot figure out how to do it on BGA ? Is it at all implemented ?
It is quite painful to always go through the last move played in order to see which card was taken by whom.
