Where does the game show you if you have flipped to Dark?

What do you mean? I am not aware that Light and Dark are categories in Tzolkin.

Under the rest of your buildings/wealth tile, it says "Speeding up Tzolkin gear" and available if you haven't flipped or unavailable if you've moved it twice before.
