Board Game Arena

For new users, a lobby tutorial shows up in their very first BGA-session. I think the possibility to replay this tutorial at any time would be helpful to them, at best easily accessible by a simple button on top.

I write this because forum questions about the interface are getting more frequent. I suppose most newbies figure out the interface on their own but a few of them need some extra help.
