Board Game Arena

Hello,

Some players have engaged in offensive language. I can replay the game but I cannot open its chat to identify the precise players and lines (it was a large group game and a lot of talk from the others). When I am trying to report a player for offensive behaviour in chat, the system brings me to "select below the exact lines that caused the problem" but the page's empty.

A bug or am I doing something wrong?

When you've selected the table and the player the page should show you all lines from the chat that player said.

Maybe, if you don't remember who it was exactly, that player didn't talk at all during the game? Otherwise, it does sound like a bug

Thanks for the reply. I was wrongly choosing the option of offensive talk in the global chat.. my mistake!

Now I select the different option "chat around the game table", then I can select the game, and then I can the players. I tried for a couple of players but it did not show their chat lines during that game, and I did not receive any feedback from the website (such as I really reported them or not). The problem is that I really do not remember who was engaging (nickname all blend together after a while). I want to report only the ones I feel are responsible, but I dont know how to do it.

Can anyone confirm that if a player talked in game and I should be able to see their lines while reaching that stage?
