Ask the publisher for license approval, not BGA.

I have a nice game at home, named Mamba. https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/3604/mamba

I think it could be good to develop it. as it is not distributed anymore...

it's a good game at 2 and 4.

Question: if a publisher gave the green light for one of their games to be on BGA, does it mean it will give it to all? Cos' Ticket to Ride is already on BGA, so there might be a chance for Smallworld! :D

Of course not. Those other games - particularly popular ones - might have online rights already given to someone else (perhaps with a contractual obligation not to allow other adaptations). Or perhaps some of their games are jointly-published with other companies who don't agree to allow the game on BGA. Or a host of other reasons, really. Licences are per game, not per publisher.
