How to add XP points in new tournament?

when creating a new tournament where can I add XP rewarding points?

xp points are determined by number of participants, tourney type, number rounds, etc. Until a tournament has at least 10 players it isn't worth any XP.
Tournament XP is in the process of an overhaul, so that may change. In the meantime play them for the join of competition understanding they will reward minimal XP.

I think providing XP points for any tournament is a nice touch (I'm not sure why a large tournament is more important than a smaller one - especially on games that are a bit less popular)?

Is the criteria for the tournament to award XP still that same? Minimums 10 players I mean as mentioned before.
