Celestia: Opponent hand size should be shown as a number

It can be cumbersome (particularly on mobile displays) to precisely count the number of cards in opponents' hands. Many other BGA games (e.g. Stone Age, Saboteur) simply show a card or hand icon with a number beside it. Changing the Celestia display to show a single card followed by a number would easily solve this issue and speed things up.
