Sponsored 2 friends, received BGA e-mail about both, but only 1 shows up under my list of sponsored players

Pretty much as the subject says, but here's some additional detail:
I recently sponsored two friends who both used my referral link; let's call them Player T and Player K.
Based on their profile pages, Player T has been a member since "04 / 30 / 2020" and Player K has been a member since "05 / 03 / 2020".
Player T immediately showed up under my "PLAYERS YOU SPONSORED" on https://boardgamearena.com/sponsorship, but Player K did not.
I immediately started digging around on the forums and searching Google to see if this problem had been posted about, eventually finding Een's suggested fix: https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewto ... 217#p54069
I had Player K attempt this fix, and he got some sort of message that seemed to confirm that the sponsorship was successful, but I didn't ask him to get a screenshot or anything because I trusted that the fix would, in fact, work, even though I still wasn't seeing K's name under "PLAYERS YOU SPONSORED". (I also wondered if perhaps there was a script that BGA ran to update this since it wasn't happening in real time.)
In any case, within 24 or 48 hours of both T and K signing up, I received an e-mail from BGA which started like this:
"Congratulations! One of your friends has created an account using your sponsorship link with the name [redacted]
But this player has not played any game yet. Maybe you should help?"
So this confirms for me that BGA, on some level, knows about my sponsorship of K, but he still doesn't show up under "PLAYERS YOU SPONSORED" and I'm thus concerned that I won't properly be awarded the gift points when he completes his first through fifth games.
Hoping that Een or another admin can assist with this problem. Thanks in advance!
