What about developing "Le Barbu"

Hello all,
I am a new developer on BGA Studio (as many people since the COVID).
I'd love to develop some "real" games for BGA but I must first become more comfortable with the framework. I've followed some of the tutorials (especially "hearts", very clear and explained a lot of what we are doing) and i think i understand how this works.
Before developing some "hard" games (and licensed ones
), I wish I'd give a try with the "Barbu" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barbu_(card_game). Of course, I will have to find a lot of inspiration in hearts but it will make it more concrete to me.
My questions are:

My questions are:
- Does anyone has already started developing this game? (i haven't found it in the project list but I may have missed it)
- Is it a good choice to start getting my hands dirty? (seems easy enough but still interesting, no licence and still interesting game to add to BGA)
