Top player's ELO dropped to 0?

In a game I recently discovered and am having fun with, the world number 1 player suddenly dropped out of the top 10 in a very noncompetitive scene. I was curious so I checked their profile, and it now says their ELO is 0? What does this mean and why did it happen? Is it something I need to be wary of? Thanks in advance.

He might be doing something illegal.

-play whit himself (but get down to a 100)

It is in the board game Veletas, and the player's name is Hugovert.

Don't know if it's a bug or disciplinary sanction. In his game history, as of 5/16/20, he's played 18 Veletas games, all against just one player and won 15 out of 18 times.
