Suggestion: Doppelkopf

This is a suggestion to add the classic trick-taking card game Doppelkopf to BGA.
It's a highly strategic, relatively easy to understand but hard to master card game. It is similar to Skat, however it needs (exactly) four players. Also, it doesn't need licencing.
