Board Game Arena

During the last days, we performed a huge maintenance operation on Board Game Arena.

The goal of this operation was to upgrade the capacity of this service, to allow more players to play with better response time.

As you probably noticed, we encountered some major technical issues during this operation. There are still some performance issues that we hope to resolve soon.

We removed all penalties received during the past 2 days, and extend all "club BGA" memberships by 2 days.

Well, yes. Playing RftG I didn't get a good on a windfall world. I tried to "abandon the game collectively" and it just kicked me out of the game and took 44 points (I think) off my rating. We started another game, but I had no cards in hand. Tried to abandon the game collectively and once again I was kicked out with a big point loss.

Dominion game 1628538.

Opponent did not begin game. Timed out. I cannot kick him: It says:

'Player is no more playing on this table (game has ended or player has already been expelled'

But the game will not end. It is still running and prevents me from launching another game.


If you could post a response that would be great. Thanks for letting us know that there are issues so promptly. I'm happy to pay for your service, but obviously unhappy when you accidentally break it :/

Can't Stop n°1628209

After I accepted to play, it would not let me start the game. I tried refreshing to see if it was my connection, but I still couldn't join. My opponent was able to play, so I got kicked off. I lost 57 points and got 2 thumbs down from 1 player.
