You can change die's lane by clicking again on it or on die on the lane.
You can cancel a die from the lane just clicking on it.

Number of Warnings on dice:
Black Gear dice 1 and 2, White dice, Green die have 1 /!\ each.
Black Gear dice 3 to 6, Red Dice, have2 /!\ each.

Turn Order:
Moves first who is on highest Gear.
In case of same gear starts before who is more ahead on the Track.
In further case of a tie plays before the car situated on the inside lane of the current or next Corner.
A Corner is a space with speed limitations.

Please help! I have played a few games and I can't select the red dice...and they don't seem to automatically be applied either. Can someone please explain how I can choose to use the red dice please?

Hello Snodnai!

The red dices appear automatically when you decelerate of more than 1 unit. For example, for going from 3 to 2, you need to red dice, but from 3 to 1 you need 1 red dice, from 4 to 1 you need 2 red dice, etc. The red dice should appear automatically when you press the black dice. Same for green dice and acceleration by the way.

If you think they can't be automatically applied, unless it's a bug, it may be because of another rule. Like not being able to overtake someone if you're slower than them.

Rule book:
* Position - In case of a draw in terms of speed and distance, the car
situated on the inside lane of the next corner plays first. A “corner” is
a section of track with speed limitations (See Corners page 10).

Does this mean that the rule book is wrong or is the game implementation wrong?

Should it be
- on the inside lane of the current or next corner plays first.

And what exactly does "section of track" means in this context?
I'm asking because some corner tiles have a position without a speed limit at the end of the tile. On that position, should we check for the inside of the current turn (even though we have passed the speed limited part of it) or for the inside of the next corner ?
