Okay, I have to post this here because I am not aware of any form of appeal system.
The short of all this is that I just lost karma points because of some kind of timer error. The e-mail I got said that the server is working fine, however, this is not accurate as I even said in the game that I watched someone lose multiple hours of time in a matter of seconds.

I have some screenshots that I am able to post on the game which include the table number for confirmation.

I am a lot more than frustrated right now and would really like someone to check this out. I also don't want to push anything too publicly, as it's not my intention to cause trouble. I just want this fixed as I was wrongfully deducted karma points over this.

It has already been reported as a bug by multiple players.

However, this issue has caused me a karma loss and I am a bit more frustrated with the circumstances. It was a turn-based game for a longer period of time and I was skipped by another player who was a victim of the same bug. I don't want to make a big deal, but I would really like to recover the karma lost considering the circumstances.

If there is someone who is able to help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
