Question on Premium // Multi players from the same location question

Trying to play a 3-4 player game with only people in our own family using different accounts accessing from the same location. Does only ONE player (one account) have to be premium for ALL the other players (everyone is on same WIFI) to play with them, or does it not work like that. Wanted clarity before buying premium.
It needs to allow more than just one other player to get in on the game.
IE. Puerto Rico 3 player.
If one player is premium can both other players join that game at play.
