If you made mistake in first age you cant win now. Can you leave game? But so other players can still play?

Yes, if you use the in-game button that appears in the status bar during the political phase.

While what everyone said is true, if you abandon a game, there's a good chance you'll damage the game's dynamics for the rest of the players as well. It's highly likely that they'll end up abandoning the game too. Making an error is a good reason to review your move before clicking "pass" -- every single time.
