UI oversight: cards left in draw pile

It seems to me a critical oversight not to have UI showing how many cards are left in the draw and discard piles. Do others agree? Am I missing something?
I drew four and one was Syllas, who causes opponents to sacrifice a power card. He wasn't my first choice on what I would play but I definitely could not afford to risk him being played against me. To make a decision about what to do I would eyeball the draw pile to see how long until reshuffle and then eyeball the size of discard+draw piles, along with my sense of turns remaining in the game, to see what I thought of the chances he'd get drawn and played against me.
