I am currently developping room 25.
On real table, there is a deep diplomacy part which i would like to set on BGA. To do so, i d like to make it easier for people to help/bullshit each other. I plan to make buttons to add long sentence in chat such as "i think player1 is a traitor" or "we should go there".

Is there any proper way to autotype some text without "hacking" the js chat itself?

By talking of auto-chat, in "Celestia", there is a bug (mobiles) that you can't do those messages, don't know why, but this is annoying.

Edit:this is actually on (positive, negative and maybe) buttons.

did you have a look at what is done on Coup / Complots ?

What we have done on other games (Celestia / Werewolves of Millers Hollow) is to have positive / neutral / negative buttons, and randomly choosing a positive / neutral / negative sentence among a preset number.

We usually display those sentences in a speech bubble (http://en.doc.boardgamearena.com/Game_i ... ech_bubble)

@Een, the buttons don't work on tablets.

Closed it since it is not a mainsite bug. If this is about celestia, it should be reported as a celestia bug, so that the developer is notified, and so that other players can vote for the bug. Please also check before that it has not been already reported. If it has, you should vote for the existing report rather than creating a new bug.

I already vote, but nothing happened, and is the most voted in celestia's game bugs.
And it was reported the 19th march 2020.
And the last confirmed bug was in 2017.

Yes, sometimes the developers are not available anymore. I suppose it's the case here then.

Then, why not to found another way to get it fixed. I will never click on that button. So unfair that I need to type in chat.
