Potion Explosion - Take ingredient/get help confirmation

I'v lost a couple of games now from automatically hitting the "take ingredient" button rather than the "get help" button. It's an easy mistake to make and costs an entire turn. Can ther be an undo button or a confirmation button to fix this? It's really annoying.

I second this. There are other places where a confirmation is offered (such as before/after drinking the potion of prismatic joy).
Thank you in advance.

Either that, or at least offer a confirmation if clicking this will only take on ingredient, because no explosions are possible.

I've made that mistake a couple of times myself, and have seen others do it as well.
What would be nice is if the "get help" was a visual thing (see below *) residing in the unused flask area. Then when you click on it it moves down to the used flasks area. And then of course resets to being unused on your next turn. Bonus: This method would allow everyone to clearly see when someone used the "get help" option without having to look at the side action dialog.

Such as a unique shape/color flask, a tall skinny glass tube, a mini-professor...
