The icons or images of the tournaments should be clearly visible in the trophies

First of all: I love the website and the work you do in many aspects. I apologize before-hand if this post sounds too "aggressive". That is not my intention but English is not my mother tongue...
TL;DR: The icons or images of the tournaments should be clearly visible in the trophies. If you agree and think this is a good idea, please vote the following "bug and suggestions": https://boardgamearena.com/bug?id=19530
Some suggestions:
1) First and most important: make them visible without the need to hover the mouse. Make the even more visible and big when hovering the mouse over them.
2) Make them squared again. This way they can be differentiated from arena and the rest of the trophies and it is easier for us to find nice images. If you really want a different shape so that they are not confused with the games icons (they are not, but anyway) maybe use a circle?
3) Remove the #2 and #3 thing and indicate the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places it with a intuitive gold/silver/bronze color code (or any other nice color code)
What do you think? do you have other suggestions/ideas?
Story time:
I was going to create a tournament today. I was thinking what cool image I could use to have nice beautiful trophies awarded to people (yes, I don't have many trophies, but I keep trying
). I went to a profile to see how trophies look with the new trophy design implemented not long ago...
They are ugly and boring and the nice pictures/images that people spend time searching for (and sometimes reformatting to match your requirements) are not visible at all at a glance and barely visible when I hover my mouse over the trophies.
I searched in the forum to see if there was some discussion about this topic and I came across this topic (https://boardgamearena.com/forum/viewto ... 7&start=30) with many people making the same statements and giving nice suggestions.
That topic is locked and nothing has changed in one year. So I find myself writing this post in an attempt to attract your attention to a suggestion that would (almost certainly) improve your website and probably even get you new premium members (Yes, in my case too, one of the reasons I became premium was to create tournaments with nice images)
I spend a good amount of time putting this together and finally didn't even create the tournament. I think writing this post (/rant
) was more important. Please do not just ignore it... I guess I will create the tournament the day that I can have nice-looking trophy icons
