The scoring cards system for Takenoko is wrong, it won't let you draw a card you already completed which is not the correct rules for the game. The correct rules are if you draw a card that's already completed you can score it that turn, its how its done on the official digital game. Please update this.

Takenoko rulebook, page 7 wrote: Advanced players rule (variant)
If a player picks an objective card already completed in the bamboo garden, he must
discard it and picks a new objective card of the category of their choosing.

It is assumed that all players on BGA are advanced. This also prevents someone from spending their last action in the game drawing an objective card and gaining points by blind luck.
