Hello, I want to play BGA with my brother, but it's a premium fonction, why ?

Are you talking bout Hotseat right? I think that it is a Premium Feature. Your Brother needs to create an account and play from a different browser or device. For example you can even use BGA on a mobile device the specs don't matter you only need a browser.
