how do i transmute crystals into energy

Hi
Sorry if this is a silly question, or the wrong place to ask it
In this game i think its possible to transmute crystals into energy tokens, if the die allows transmuting? I can't work out where to click to turn my crystals into an energy token i need?

ignore this question - i've found the answer, looks like you can only transmute energy tokens into crystals and not the other way round

You can gain 1 energy of your choice for 3 crystals per
(Mirror of the Seasons) Tree of Light in play each turn if you activate the card.

That doesn't seem to be Mirror of the Seasons.
It's Tree of light.
They're both green and can get easily confused.
