Also, it is helping out a bit too much. It already shows you where you can place your tile and where you can place your meeple, thus requiring less strategic thought. That is a disadvantage compared to how it used to be and especially compared to the actual cardgame.

Tip: if you like the old art better, you can get it back from the player preferences in the top right menu. We know that's often a request

The actual game allows you to turn your tile in different directions, before laying it on the table, so that you can get a visual of what it's going to look like. So while seeing possible placements requires less strategic thought, not being able to turn the tile ahead of time requires much more in mental images that shouldn't be required.

Does anyone know if there is a button or an option to set so that the old graphics version would be applied? thanks in advance!

I’m going to go against the grain and say that I prefer the changes!

But it’s nice the old graphics are still there if people want them.
