"Join table" filter according to time zone

The functionality of this suggestion has already been implemented.
If you want a game to not be "dragging forever, because players are active in totally different parts of day", set the game speed to "fast turn based" and set the appropriate playing hours.
Restricting by time zone does not restrict by active playing time. I personally work a non-standard shift, and my playing time is generally noon-14:00 local, and 23:00-3:00 local. Restricting play to the evening hours of a particular time zone, and then restricting to people who are physically in that time zone would decrease the number of available players.
