rules link doesn't work

The top english rules link (https://boardgamearena.com/link?url=htt ... df&id=2548) doesn't work.

How to edit the Complete Rules links?
Currently the EN link is going to a Rules FAQ and clarifications which is the wrong file.

I've tried to edit the Wiki so at least it shows in the Game Help section.
