Arena mode bugs

I'm already tired of fkn arena mode bugs and people who always skip your turns for getting free elo and points.. I was waiting game in arena mode. I saw searching page... After I clicked cancel searching, it showed me that I was skipped in one the game 5 min ago. Wtf? Why I didnt saw how game started and saw only searching page?
And two times I was skipped by idiots because I was in 2 arena mode games at the same time! How I could be in 2 real time games at the same time! And thank you moderators you don't want fix bugs and watch bug reports.
