Suggestion: new option for public red-thumb

I've been the victim twice now where I had to leave an Arena real-time game briefly, left a note with the players about the delay (who were allegedly understanding), only to find that I'd been expelled for going over-time as quickly as the expeller could do it. (In both cases, I was winning the game.)
I would like an option to relay one's suspicions that "a player quick-expelled a winner just to get rating points" added to the public-red-thumb list of reasons. In the latest game, the two other players were distressed that the expelling player had taken such an action, and I suspect that most players would not wish to play with a user employing such tactics.

There is a relatively easy way to avoid getting expelled as soon as your time runs out.
Don't run out of time.
When you join a table, you are playing against real people, not against a computer. You made the commitment to play the game in a timely manner. You chose not to honor that commitment. Now you want to punish the people who are enforcing the rules?

Not the same thing, Jest -- I informed the players that I needed a small time-out, and the players were amenable to that delay (allegedly, as I noted). Emergencies happen, for one; expulsion is NOT mandatory, for two. In fact, I submit that it's unethical to expel a person who's given fair warning, especially when done as soon as absolutely possible.
If I'd've been gone for 10 minutes, I wouldn't be complaining. And you KNOW that players pull unethical behavior like this for undue advantage, and I would like a mechanism for pointing this out about players.

Any player at the table is well within their rights to expel anyone that exceed their time within any duration, forewarned or not. You are within you right to give a public red thumb for it, even if the vast majority would disagree.
BGA could have implemented automatic kicks for running out of time.

"even if the vast majority would disagree"
Are you asserting that the vast majority would disagree, or are you just being passive-aggressively presumptuous, N_Faker?
I did give a public red-thumb, but I would like to have had the option to explicitly note why I was giving it -- there is not an option for explanation that is appropriate other than "other". And, gee, that's precisely why I made this suggestion in the first place! Funny how that works.

It's a problem in many real time game.
Your opponent seem to have connexion problems, do you exploit it for gaining points, or are you 'fair play' and let him goes back into the game.
There is no good solution. Even if you add an occasionnal bonus timer for those which goes rarely out of time, it would be exploited at one point.
Arena is competitive, and competition often add this kind of problems.

Looking at this thread, it appears to me that you are looking for validation for applying a public red thumb, which is already a completely subjective affair. Therefore it seemed prudent to emphasize this very fact.
You are also making a suggestion that is counter to the codes of conduct of BGA. You exceeded your allotted time, and by what you have said, only you were in breach of the codes of conduct.

You presume incorrectly. I already made it extremely clear that I want a more explicit reason for giving a public red-thumb than "Other".
Your issue with not being able to parse what I type is your cross to bear, and not my problem.

Yes, of course. It was wrong of me to even entertain the notion that you would take any responsibility.

Your blatantly-concocted-out-of-thin-air _ad hominem_ is noted, ridiculed, and discarded, N_Faker.
