I have a situation in my game where I would like to skip my turn but I can't.
Moving forward will cause my loss of control on gear 5, which won't be nice

If that's a bug can everybody thumb my bug report so that I could continue my game soon, as I'm not moving in this situation.

Is skip turn button only available for specific situations or can we have it every time?
Does rules allow skip your turn?

somebody replied to my bug that I can move with speed 5 so I have to move, but the same situation was at move #204 where blue car could move with speed 3 causing his loss of control and he could skip his turn...
That's the same situation. He is able to drive so he should loose control...
And my move took into consideration that I would be blocked and I did that knowing there will be such an option.
If I knew that sometimes you are able to drive and sometimes not I would not move like that.

You should have the skip button.
I add, imagine you were on gear 2, what will happen ?

I have found an official FAQ & errata to rules, which confirms my thoughts it's a bug.

Rules Changes
Forcing a LoC using the Overtaking and Minimum move Rules
In order to prevent a detrimental gaming experience where a car can, in the right circumstances,force another player to suffer a loss of control, we are making a change to the « Blocked » rules on page 13:
BLOCKED
Whilst moving, if:
- You cannot reach the Speed necessary to overtake other cars on the track OR
- Moving would cause you to suffer an immediate and unavoidable Loss of Control due to thepresence of another car OR
- You find yourself impeded in some other fashion Then you are considered « Blocked » this turn. Your turn ends immediately in your current spaceand Gear. Flip over your Gear Marker to show you have played your turn this round.

This situation is frustrating as I can't start new games now as I hold current situation and my time has run out.
(a hint for people in similar case as me - use your holiday joker - it helps - I can start new games again)
Does anybody know how long does it take to fix the bug?

I wonder if eventual bug fix affects ongoing games. So it may be that you just have to suffer the bug.
