Tie Breaker Variant

It is too easy for games to end with a tie. How about this small tweak? You suffer a -1 point penalty for each level of demotion. Nothing new for advancement in rank. If you fall from Prime Minister to Beggar, you get an additional -2 points. If you fall from President to Beggar, you get an additional -3 points.
